  2. We ship via Dhl,Fedex, or Ups to our valued customers depending on their location,and our shipment takes 48 hours to get to directly to their doorstep in any part of the world.

  3. How do i tackle,custom TAX,Vat and GST ?

    All custom Tax,Vat,Gst and excise duties are included in the cost price of all item and hence customers don't need to pay any extra fee or hidden charges.

  4. Do i need to pay for shipping ?

    No,shipping are completely free on all items.

Return Policy

 

  1. How do i return item if it gets spoilt before the giving time of warranty ?
  2. If you item get spoilt before the normal warranty given time, please contact the Trading company immediately so we can change the item for you.

     

  3. Do i need to pay for re-shipping when sending back an item ?

    Our valued customers don't need to pay for the re-shipment of an item when sending it back,kindly contact us and we shall send you a return request form and then we shall pay for the freight and also resend a new item back to you.

     

  4. How do our return policy work ?

    Our return policy takes 90 days (3 months),when returning an item,please contact the customer care units and a return policy form shall be issued to you for item refund.
